There is more than 300 feet of shoreline facing southwest with clean deep water, extensive deck, docks, private raft and all day sun. The boat port provides plenty of shade and privacy. By boat you are minutes from Gordon Bay Marina and Rocky Crest golf course. The cottage is located in its own park like setting away from the shoreline. This provides a protected area for children with plenty of room to have fun including a large tree house. The fire pit is great for family gatherings in the evening and for making roasted marsh mellows and smores. The cottage is modern, clean and has a master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with bunk bed and family room with queen pull out couch. The kitchen and dining room are well equipped and the family room comes with a wood stove for those cool evenings. There is a complete entertainment system for your favorite dvds and you can connect your ipod directly in the stereo system. There is a cozy muskoka room for those serene summer evenings. Mactier is 15 minutes to the south, Port Carling and Bala are 20 minutes to the south east, and Parry Sound 20 minutes to the north. There is a wide selection of golf courses, road houses, restaurants and shopping all within easy distance. Please no smoking indoors and no pets.
