Full Description

This log home is used as both a cottage in the
summer and a chalet in the winter. Located just
south of Barrie, it is within a one hour drive from
Toronto. It is also less than one hour from
Moonstone Mt. St. Louis and Blue Mountain ski
hills. It is an architecturally unique country home
which is decorated in a sophisticated urban country
style that maintains a cottage feel. Everything is
supplied to a high standard and while it can
comfortably hold 10 people it is equally as
comfortable for a couple. There is a large deck
facing the water with many seating areas. The
shore is sandy and gradually gets deeper which is
ideal for swimming and young children. A private
beach one property over makes this an ideal family
summer holiday.
