Our cottage was built 5 years ago and is situated on 3.2 acres of wooded land. It is a very private and quiet setting right on the Seguin River. It is between two beautiful waterfall areas and is a little paradise for nature and animal lovers, kids and pets. Swimming, fishing, canoeing, atv-ing, cycling and hiking are some of the activities you can enjoy.
The cottage is 3 min away from the Seguin recreation trail and 6 min from Lake Manitouwabing's public beach and large shallow sandy swimming area. (ideal for the little ones)
Our cottage features as well the following:
- Large deck on riverside and screened-in porch
- Small sandy area and huge grassy area with 15 ft trampoline
- Wood fired sauna on the river(wood included)
- Fire pit
- charcoal bbq
- bicycles, canoe, snowshoes, toboggans, table tennis,foesball
- infloor heating, cathedral ceilings
- large selection of movies, cd's, games, magazines, books and toys
- flower gardens
The cottage is completely winterized so you are welcome in the winterseason too. Winter time is a magical time, around our cottage ; x-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing,skating and toboggoning are all part of the activities here. We are only minutes away from the Sequin and Ahmic snowmobile trail systems
