Horn Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in the area. Since about two thirds of it is crown land, there is limited motor boat traffic and some lovely, secluded bays to explore. Boats can be rented from a resort at the other end of the lake or bring your own. The water footing is sand and a gradual entry, great for small children. There is one bedroom but 2 pullout couches.Great for a family with kids, a couples get away or a small group of good friends. There is an outhouse and drinking water must be brought in. The view is spectacular and faces south.
