| This cottage is a two storey home situated on a soft, sandy, gradually sloping beach. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. There is a spacious two peice bathroom located on the upper floor. On the main floor there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom located on the main floor was renovated in 2010 with new sink & counter, toilet and bath & shower unit. The large kitchen has been upgraded with a new oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There are spacious living and dining rooms. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are two full size refrigerators, one in the kitchen and one in the laundry room for extra beverages. There is a basement family room with a TV and a basement bedroom with two single beds. There is a deck with a view of the beach and a separate enclosed porch, great for watching the birds. There is a gradual sloping trail to the beach, so that it is safe for little ones. The beach covers 40 feet of beautiful water frontage on the Moon River. |
