This gorgeous and elegant 3 floor, 6 bedroom cottage is located on beautiful Go Home Lake, just 80 minutes from Toronto. Enjoy magnificent sunsets from all the rooms in the cottage, patio or the deck by the water. The property has 1200 feet of waterfront and is facing West with sun exposure all day. There is a spacious patio in front of the cottage, as well as a deck by the waterfront.
With over an acre of property, the cottage has plenty of privacy, but is located near a marina that is equipped with boat launch and general store. Go Home Lake is a great place for fishing, hiking, canoeing, boating, swimming etc. The cottage is owned by Go Home Lake Marina, which also has boats, canoes, water tubes, water skis, and another 3 bedroom cottage available for rent.
For those interested in social activities in the evening, the cottage is located near Bala and Port Carling where there is plenty of entertainment (restaurants, bars, resort nights, concerts, etc.).
In the Fall Muskoka is transformed into a colourful garden of trees. As many cottagers head back to the city, Go Home Lake becomes very private and peaceful.
This fully insulated cottage is also a great choice for the winter. It is located on many snowmobile routes, and is only 30 minutes to skiing and snowboarding.
Location: 20 km south of Mactier, 20 km west of Bala, and 25 km north of Port Severn.
