kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and much more),
dining room, living room, and of course a grand
"Muskoka" room to enjoy the view, conversation, or
games next to a woodburning fireplace. 560' of
shallow shoreline leads to deeper water for swiming
and boating on the magnificent 3 lakes (Muskoka,
Rosseau, and Joseph). Kayaks and a paddle boat
are waiting for you at the oversized dock where
there is room for your boat or personal water craft
(a public boat launch is just a couple hundred yards
away). All day sun. Why not "wet a line", the fishing
is fantastic. A camp fire pit is at the waters edge to
toast those marshmallows under the countless
stars. 2 acres of level land, multiple gardens, and a
good number of shade trees give you countless
options for games and activities (soccer,
badminton, volleyball, bocci, horseshoe pit, frisbee,
basketball, pitching a tent, or just relaxing. Minutes
to Santa's Village, Golf, Mountain bikking, shopping
