| Our property is approximately 2 arces of gently sloping grass and trees. The cottage, located about 220 feet from the waters edge is a 1000 square foot bunglow with 4 bedrooms and 2 4 piece bathrooms. Two bedrooms livingroom, eat in kitchen and bath on the main floor and 2 bedroooms, 4 piece bath and recroom in the basement. Bedroom 1 is a queen size bedroom 2 is a double and 2 singles, bedroom 3 is a double, bedroom 4 is two singles. There are 2 double sofa beds one in the living room one in the recroom. Our retiremnet home is also located on the property and I am semi-retired and spend most of my time in Huntsville and look forward to sharing this great part of Muskoka with you. The third picture is taken from the front steps of the cottage showing the driveway which you would walk down, past our home to the waterfront. From the steps, deck and Muskoka room you can see the lake, which in the picutre is not the case. The lake front is Vernon Narrows part of Lake Vernon and is access to 40 miles of boating, fishing, and water sports on Vernon, Fairy, Peninsula and Mary Lakes in the summer, as well as snowmobiling, cross country and downhill skiing at nearby Hidden Valley Resort in the winter. Truly a year-round getaway. This property is located approximately 2 hours north of Toronto and is easliy accessible year-round. It is only minutes by car or boat to golf at Derrhurst or shop in Huntsville. |
