Full Description

Lake of Bays is about 2 3/4 hours from Toronto, close to Algonquin Park. Exceptionally pretty unspoiled large lake. Can't be beat for boating, fishing, swimming. Public beach 9 km. Great August sunsets.Nicest feature is close proximity to lake. A few steps to shaded deck and sunlit dock (sun from noon)(or light torches at night). Electric starter for charcoal BBQ works great and = nicer flavor and won't run out of propane. Quiet lapping of water at night is soothing. 16'x 15.5' living/dining room has dining table next to large picture windows.Other tables on deck and dock so 3 places to eat. Additional access to bathroom from master bedroom.Fully equipped.Perfect for couple or family with 2 or 3 kids who are swimmers. Queen. double, bunk beds. It is about perfect. We own the cottage next door and you cannot see the cottage on the other side, so you will have no problems. This is our family summer cottage we built in 1950. We are original owners and have constantly improved and modernized.
