Full Description
This is a 3 bedroom, well maintained Viceroy Cottage. It has cathedral pine ceilings and is very cozy. It is situated on Lake of Bays which is the second biggest lake in Muskoka. We are just a few minutes from Dorset and there are many local attractions and restaurants and Bigwin Island golf and dinning are only a short boat ride away. There is a covered porch and cedar decking across the front of the cottage.The lot is flat and then gently sloping to the water. The dock has a large sitting area with a Western View which is great for watching Muskoka sunsets. There is a diving board and 2 ladders on the dock for great swimming. The fishing on this lake is very good and we catch smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, lake trout and pike. There is also many smaller fish for the kids to catch off the dock.
