The cottage is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and all kitchen essentials. The main living room fireplace is a wood burning fireplace while the recreation room fireplace is propane. The cottage also has a lovely bright Muskoka Room, telephone, satellite television with two TVs and DVD players, a VCR, CD player, laundry facilities, patio/deck furniture, campfire pit and at the waterfront there is a aluminum boat/oars, a canoe & paddles as well as 4 adult lifejackets.
The nicely manicured lot leads to a private waterfront area across the road from the cottage. 106' feet of frontage on the Muskoka River, between Bracebridge and Lake Muskoka. At the shore there is a deck area along with a 20' dock. It is an approximately 10 minute boat ride from the cottage to Lake Muskoka.
