Fully appointed custom kitchen, rustic pine walls throughout. Recently remodeled and decorated. It includes, life jackets, canoe, fishing boat, paddle boat, outdoor patio furniture, campfire pit, horseshoe pit, board games/cards, personal dock and ability to bring a water craft. 30 minutes from the town of Dorset, nestled on a private wooded lot. Available year round.
$1200 weekly including fishing boat. $4400 monthly including fishing boat, and the 3 night min. $850.00 including fishing boat. $350 security deposit required, 50% deposit required at booking. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival and all cancelations will be credited in the form of a rental credit note, good for one year. Call for off season pricing. Special pricing for hunting season.
Fall Weekend rates: $575 all inclusive
weekly rate: $975 all inclusive.
There is also a non refundable cleaning fee of $100.
