This 2 bedroom waterfront cottage is located across from a quiet bay on crown land (ie. no cottages across the way). It features a private dock and a large deck overlooking the lake and gardens.
Enjoy the day by the water while the kids swim or play on the lawn. Whether you launch your own boat, bring a kayak, or take advantage of the provided paddleboat, Pine lake is the perfect size for watersports, fishing or exploring. Canoe and kayak rentals are also available in town. With deep water right off the dock, you will want to remember your lifejackets and water toys.
Located just 8 kilometers from Gravenhurst and the Muskoka Wharf, restaurants and shopping are less than 15 minutes away. The Gravenhust area also features great golf with 3 amazing courses within 20 minutes and many more if you don't mind venturing a little further. For those who like to hike or trail ride (mountain bike or quad/enduro), the Old Bala Road/Devils Gap Trail is right around the corner.
The well appointed kitchen includes everything you need to prepare snacks and meals. A propane grill (propane included) is also provided. If the weather turns for a moment you can retreat to the living room to enjoy a DVD or see what's on the satellite TV (Bell Expressvue). The master bedroom features a Queen and the second bedroom features 2 singles.
Children are welcome, as are daytime guests. No overnight guests or pets please.
