Dorset and a two and a half hour drive from the
GTA. Sitting on a well treed 3 acre lot of Maple
Birch and Pine, it boasts 210 ft of sandy
shoreline
with shallow water gently sloping to a swimming
raft in 10 ft of clear water.
Amenities include 2 refrigerators, stove,
microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker,
washer & dryer, 2 televisions (antenna), DVD &
VCR players, portable CD player and fireplace.
The 3 bedrooms sleep 9 comfortably. (Please
bring your own bedding and towels) Outdoor
amenities include propane barbeque, deck chairs
and tables, paddleboat, canoe, swimming raft,
fire
pit, swings, horseshoe pit, 2 docks and a
roundabout driveway with ample parking. Beach
toys and accessories (Horse shoes, volleyball
net,
etc) are located in the crawl space.
Rates during peak months (May-Sept.) are
$1400.wk (Sat 3pm-Sat 11am) Off season rates
(Oct.-April) are $1200.wk (Sat 3pm-Sat 11am)
