Aspen House is an all cedar 3 bedroom cottage located on Minnicock Lake in Haliburton, Ontario. The cottage is surrounded by over 3 acres beautiful, Haliburton Forest with a 350 foot water frontage.
A canoe, paddle boat, and row boat are available for use. As well as an indoor fireplace and propane fireplace, there is an outdoor firepit. A washer and dryer are available for use, except during the winter season. The master bedroom is furnished with a kingsize bed, as well as dvd/vcr/television. The second upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds. The main floor bedroom has a queen size bed. There are pull-out couches/beds in the living room and the basement of Aspen House. There is a dvd/vcr/television in the living room.
The sunroom has a gorgeous view of the lake as well as the dining room/living room. There is a pin pong table downstairs in the recreation room and a fireplace in the living room. The lake is fabulous for fishing and canoeing and kayaking and swimming. Because Minnicock is a non motorized lake you can relax when swimming. How quiet and peaceful it is. All the neighbours are very environmentally aware and so this is a very natural environment!
